Oaks Christian Online School (OCO) provides rigorous, college-preparatory, online coursework to students all over the world.  OCO uses a fully online, web-based learning management system that allows students to be in their courses from anywhere they can access the internet.  While some courses (particularly Advanced Placement courses)  require additional textbooks, most of these are available as ebooks for download in remote locations.  Also, the majority of courses are self contained.  Teachers and students continue to interact regularly through Skype, Elluminate and JoinMe.  Students working in remote locations also enjoy interacting with other students in the course by chat and discussions.  OCO has been successful in work with students in China, India and throughout the United States.  Regardless of time zones, students enjoy getting to interact globally.

OCO is also committed to the spiritual growth of students.  Our courses are Biblically integrated and are taught by Christian teachers.  Missionary families that supplement their local curriculum or enroll full-time with OCO will have an alternative to returning to the States for their high schooler's college-preparatory education.
